Growing up so fast...
Cohen turned 22 months just a couple days ago. (Late as ever with the post but to my defense, the blog was down for 2 days). His vocabulary is ever expanding - bubbles, slide, mine, me, no (of course), nose, eyes and dooey is a favorite. We are working on colors these days - he can say blue and now yellow. He loves to be outside just like his mom, wagon rides and going to the park. He also loves to climb and get into things or should I say everything - he has so many bruises and scrapes, we can hardly keep count - a true boy I guess. We have not weighed or measured him lately but think he has stayed around the same now that he is much more active.
Eating just like a big boy
Playing in the neighbors bird bath.
Helping in the flower bed - throwing dirt!
Pointing at the big truck going by.
Carter went to bereavement camp at Dallas Valley Ranch for the weekend. He was very nervous about going and did not want to stay overnight so we had planned on driving him back and forth each night and morning. We had him meet a couple of the ladies that I had been going to bereavement counselling with and were going to be at camp. On Friday when grandma dropped him off to take the bus out, he saw the girls and he told her that she could go as he didn't need her anymore. He must be having a wonderful time as it is Saturday night and we have not heard from him yet. Now we are the one's wishing he was coming home.
