Busy Easter weekend

It all started on Good Friday, we had the Herback clan over for a visit and play date in the morning. It has been long overdue as they have been fighting some sort of bug for the last month or so. That night we went to the Tuchscherer's for a family friendly supper and play date. They had an easter egg hunt for the kids - 106 eggs for 10 kids and it probably took less than 3 minutes to find them all.

Saturday Grandma Janet came and we went to the Southland mall in the afternoon to see the Easter bunny. It was great, they had crafts, games and loot bags for the kids. That night we painted easter eggs.
Sunday morning Carter did an Easter egg hunt for 23 eggs, which took him no time at all. That afternoon we went to Grandma Faye and Grandpa Grant's for turkey supper - yummy! I took the eggs over and Kaden and Carter did an Easter egg hunt there too.

Monday Josh was off work so we took the boys to the Mineral Spa in MooseJaw. Cohen loved the water and Carter too but of course he wished there was a slide and toys - he's not really into the "relaxing" atmosphere.

Cohen finally popped two teeth over the weekend and can now pull himself up onto his knees then feet, so of course that is what he wants to do all day long - with me anyway. I have now got him pushing the laundry basket around to save my back. He still hasn't quite figured out how to crawl - he can't keep his chubby tummy off the floor is the real problem.

Carter has the week off school so we are going to try to do some play dates that we don't usually get a chance to do as both boys nap in the afternoons - thankfully.
